As all Retailers who sell ‘in scope’ drinks containers are legally obligated to register with Re-turn (Separate Collection Legislation) to achieve EU recycling targets, the Re-turn team have created a Retailer Handout which provides summary information on all aspects of the Scheme and how it will operate.
