The Re-turn team have created a Hospitality Summary Information Guide to assist those involved in HORECA, Food to Go and the Online Food Industry to prepare for go live of the Deposit Return Scheme on 1 February 2024.
If your business sells or otherwise supplies in scope products to a final consumer, you are defined as a ‘Retailer’ and are legally obliged to register with Re-turn.
