CHRISTMAS RVM MAINTENANCE & COLLECTIONS GUIDANCE

To assist in the busy period over Christmas, Re-turn are pleased to provide RVM maintenance and troubleshooting tips, together with contact details for RVM vendors and our collections partner, should this be required.

RVM maintenance:

  • Ensure regular cleaning and change of bins for high availability for customers
  • Address any issues immediately to minimise downtime
  • Prepare additional bins/bags and space for expected high returns
  • Contact LPP collections, if collections schedule requires adjustment.

All Retailers should ensure Re-turn registration certs are clearly visible and provide clear guidance on deposits, receipts, and take-back facilities for your customers.
